OVERVIEW

Our refund policy lasts 14 days! 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Coupons – they are unique and non-refundable. Once the coupon is used for a purchase, it cannot be used on any other future purchases, even after receiving a refund.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS DETAILS
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This varies based on your bank issuer of the card and other additional applicable reasons.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

COUPONS
If the item purchased had a coupon associated, you’ll only receive credit for the final value of your purchase order, resulted after applying the coupon discount.
